The school's turf is used for many sports such as netball, hockey and tennis. Many of the school's sports teams hold trainings here. Participation in sport is encouraged and students represent their school in a wide variety of team sports. The turf is also open for use during break times and lunch time for the students. Many sports are played on the turf which includes a flood light for evening games or practice. During the summer holidays the turf is used for small-sided soccer games and families can use the facility for backyard type events which are typical of kiwi families' weekend activities.
